  • The Management is not responsible for guests personal belongings and valuables i.e. Money, Jewellery or any other valuables left by Guests in the Rooms.
  • Our Check in Time and Check out Time is 24 Hours.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • We have zero policy for unmarried couples in which we will refuse accommodation to guests posing as a ‘married couple’ without suitable proof of authentication not presented at check-in. Both male & female guests will have to provide authenticated identification of legitimate relationship.
  • The service apartment reserves the right of admission. Accommodation will be refused / withdrawn without any reason if suspected illegitimate use of the property and reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Admission Rights reserved. The management has the right to request any visitor or occupant to leave the premises at any time if found necessary’
    Accommodation will be refused/withdrawn if found unruly behaviour & disturbance due to intoxication.
  • Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk
  • We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage/removal of items caused by deliberate negligent or reckless act of the guest to our property or amenities.
  • Extra persons if found in the room will be charged from the respective occupants
  • Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to our property caused by themselves, their friends or any person to whom they are responsible.
  • As per Government regulations, we CAN’T check in any foreign guests without a valid passport and valid travel visa. All Indian guests MUST present one of the following: Passport copy, valid driving license, Voter ID card or Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not acceptable as proof of ID as per government rules.
  • Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
  • For the customers staying in monthly rental, 10 days prior notice is mandated for Check-out.
  • Our Monthly Duration is fixed 30 Days
  • No parties / noise are allowed at the premises. In case of any complaints, the management has to right to cancel the booking immediately and no refund will be made.
  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate this policy.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges will be applied for repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Accommodation will be refused/withdrawn if found unruly behaviour & disturbance due to intoxication.
  • Hive Service Apartment is a 100% Non-Smoking property.
